I am a person who really love Pai as well. I go to visit the town every cold season. I do agree that Pai has a lot of beautiful sceneries and uniques. I love a night life at Pai, there are a lot of bars and restaurants as you can choose. I also like the weather in the cold season at Pai as well because I can sleep well every night. I feel that Pai Time is very slow and I really love it. I can take a rest and relax my life, my stress during I am in Pai. Anyway, I think Pai has changed a lot from the past. Many civilizations are brought to the town such as 7-11, ATM machines and I think they have brought a huge chianging to Pai too. I think Pai residents should preserve their own uniques before everything they love is ruined.

It's sound wonderful! I have never been there. But it is a nice place that I have to visit one day. I am the one who loves to see the sunrise in the morning on the high mountain. I heard many good things there. Many hilltribe lives and northern foods to try so I do not wonder why many tourists there. However Pai people have to keep Pai from the changing environment and many bad things. I hope when I visit her, she will be still a lovely place.

I have heard a lot about Pai District, and I wish I had a chance to visit this place. According to my friends who work as tour guides, this place is well known not only to foreign tourists but also to Thai tourists. The place is famous for its beautiful scenery and pristine natural resources. I hope that there are enough effective measures taken to preserve this pristine place so that its charm and natural resources are safe and not spoiled by uncontrolled tourism.

I have been in Thailand for two and a half years. I traveled almost around Thailand. Pai is one of my favorite places in Thailand. It is a small town in North Thailand. It is not so far from Chiang Mai.

I took 3 hours to there by bus. When I arrived in Pai, I rented a motorcycle which paid for 100 baht per day. And then I really enjoyed the trip, because I could stop at the waterfalls or small towns along the way. It is also a good place for shopping. I took a look at some of the hill-tribe members selling handcrafts. They are so friendly that told me a lot of information about products even I did not brought anything. By the way, Pai has an abundance of bookshops, some of which carry harder to find titles. Many are along the bus stop road, past Aya services.

There's an abundance of guesthouses in Pai, most of them in the budget range around 100-500 baht. I chose a guesthouse named Unime House which is one of the cheapest guesthouses there. I just paid for 100 baht per night. It was a little bit far from the town but I did not care about it because I had a cool motorcycle. There were lots of foreigners here. We went to town to enjoy night life, when the evening was coming. I was so lucky to spent my birthday in Pai. When the strangers sang the birthday song for me, I was about to cry:) What a wonderful night!

Anyway I like Pai so much. You can feel “Sa Pai, Sa Pai” here. Do not think about work and homework just order a cup of coffee and you can spend whole afternoon in the shop along the street. Have you ever been in Pai? If you have not, it is time to go now! Look forward to seeing you in beautiful Pai naja!
